I have always been active since I was a kid, getting into skating and surfing then I started going to the gym when I was 17, mainly for weight lifiting.
I draw inspiration from all types of fitness, from bodybuilding, power lifting, gymnastics and of course CrossFit. In the last couple of years I’ve become more interested in understanding nutrition to support my fitness. I’ve been following CrossFit for 5 or so years and would try different WOD’s at the gym or in my home gym. I really like how CrossFit supports people to live a well rounded healthy lifestyle.
