WHAT IS CROSSFIT KIDS?
CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specially designed for kids and teenagers and helps them to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and are scaleable for any participant at any level.
EVERYONE CAN PARTICIPATE
Classes are designed to accommodate Kids & Teens of all fitness levels.
Workouts are tailored for the individual. Athletes to Beginners will receive enough intensity to be pushed to their limits and improve.
Your little athlete will become faster and stronger in their chosen sport.
CrossFit Kids: Depending on numbers, the classes can be broken up into age groups, Junior Primary (5-8), Upper Primary (9-12). Each session runs for 30 mins.
CrossFit Kids memberships are purchased in term blocks. Cost for each term varies based on the number of sessions to be held in the term. Click HERE to enrol in the CrossFit Kids program.
CrossFit Teens: CrossFit Teens (ages 13 and up) is a core-strength and conditioning program designed for the teenage athlete looking for an edge over the competition. Classes combine weightlifting, body weight movements, plyometrics, running and rowing in a constantly varied, highly intense class. This session runs for 60 mins.
