Our Workout of the Day (WOD) sessions are 60 min strength and conditioning sessions performed in a small group setting.
A typical WOD session will start off with the coach running everyone through what’s going to be happening in the session. We will then move into a warm up which will get us ready for the movements we are going to perform during the session. Next is either a strength component or a skills component. Then we finish with a metcon (metabolic conditioning) workout where we get our heart rates up and get sweaty!! Finally, our coaches will take you through a short cool down and some mobility to help get the recovery process underway!
