Our Daily Programming is designed to challenge you while making fitness fun. Each session features a solid warm up to prime you for the Workout Of the Day which could be a particular lift or a high-intensity workout ranging anywhere between 7-30 minutes, along with an opportunity to work on your skills and finish with a good stretch and chat. Our sessions combine elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular conditioning so you never get bored and are always trying something new. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a beginner looking to kickstart your fitness journey, CrossFit WOD is adaptable to all levels with a coach on-hand to help guide you and push you when you need it.
